Okay, so not the greatest news.
I have been searching the urban plan collection at McGill and haven't come up with a great deal of relevant material. The main issue being is that the database and collection of reports and plans for rural and urban areas dates from the late 1950s to the present. Not so great for reinforced concrete buildings from the 1900s to the 1950s.
I'm going to keep at it and let you know what I come up with.
